FEDPAY is moving to a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) February 16, 2024. As part of the MFA process, your VEND number and login.gov account will be linked by our IT department so please ensure all VEND numbers used by your organization have a valid login.gov account associated with it. To help us collect this information, you will receive emails from GSA IT Alert so please respond by clicking on the blue box titled "Connect my accounts". Provide your FEDPAY VEND number (FEDPAY user ID) and the email address (username) for your login.gov account. After you submit the requested information, our IT department will link your account information. On February 15, 2024, GSA IT Alert will email the new login instructions for you to use on February 16, 2024, so check your spam/junk folder for the email.

Office of the Chief Financial Officer
FEDPAY for Government Vendors
First Time User
1. In order to register for or otherwise log into this GSA Web Application, we recommend the following:
a. Windows 10 or later,
b. Microsoft Edge browser with TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 CHECKED (leaving other versions of TLS and SSL UNCHECKED),
c. Java 8 (both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions), and
d. Be sure to disable pop-up blocker in your browser, whether you are using the recommended Microsoft Edge browser or some other browser. (This step helps to avoid problems with reports "not appearing" after having been selected.)
Notes:
1) It is the responsibility of users and their technical support staffs to determine the suitability and risks of specific versions of Java JRE plug-in before downloading them on their workstations
2) Users are encouraged to check with their technical support staff before downloading any software on their workstation. In lieu of a technical support staff recommendation, users can find the current version of the JRE plug-in at http://www.java.com/en/download/.
3. In order to display .pdf reports generated from within the FedPay application, we recommend the latest version of Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded from Adobe's Web site at adobe.com.
Note: The most common report problem people experience is due to pop-up blocker preventing reports from "popping up". As mentioned in 1. d. just above, we recommend disabling your browser's pop-up blocker. Please consult with your IT support staff for assistance in turning off pop-up blocker in either the recommended Microsoft Edge browser or in whatever browser you may have chosen to use instead.
4. Please review Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and its corresponding answers to learn our minimum system recommendations and requirements
5. Please contact your technical support staff if you need assistance with understanding and/or implementing any of the stated technical recommendations and/or requirements
